Okay...so how cool would it be to game an episode of Steam Lords on board the Railway Saloon Car at Fort Edmonton Park? It's $150 if during the daytime, so maybe we could do it for a birthday game or something (Rusty requested one...). Being at Fort Ed for a game would really add something to the experience!
I was also thinking, given the chagrin of some of the significant others attached to our proposed group, that the occasional guest star wouldn't be a bad idea. Get some other people in occasionally, or fill vacant spots when our regulars can't make it.
AND...I think Monday, September 10 would make a good start date. If Monday doesn't work, we can use another night, just not Thursday or weekends for me.

Everything is cool except Monday, since I teach Monday evenings. Tuesday, starting 7:45 would work for me, since my teaching is over at 7:15 Tuesdays. (I teach Wednesdays evenings too.)
Okay...so let's go Tuesdays then: we'll meet between 7:15 and 7:30 with a 7:45 sharp start time (or whenever Geo walks in the room after 7:45 - we give concessions to the guy with the gaming room!)
In regards to meeting in Ft. Edmonton, it would be really cool to meet in period attire. I do not know how easy, difficult or expensive that would be, though.
Depends on how far we pushed it; how much work went into it, etc. I'd have to get Cory S. to send me some stuff!
I have the same no Thursdays hang up Mike does, shocking I know.
I'm all for meeting in FT Ed, assuming there are enough of us to share costs so its not retarculous.
If anyone wants to build me Wyndham's chair for this dress up party, I'll throw my hat into that ring too :P
I also know that Scott might give up drinking for the odd guest spot, and thats saying something. That is of course, assuming he can make it to our time zone ...
Time Zone? Wtf? He's not moving to another time zone, is he?
Calgary is its own universe ... hadn't you heard?
